This beautiful Colonial lady porcelain figurine is about 4 " tall and about 3" wide. She wears a hand painted light blue off shoulder bustled dress with burgundy trimmed top and light pink flowered petticoat and is wearing a light blue with green trim heat. She is holding a pink, burgundy, and yellow flower boquet. Bottom of piece is stamped with "Made in Occupied Japan". Very good overall condition. No chips or cracks.
"Japan" or Occupied Japan" pieces were made at the end of the Second World War from 1945 until 1952 when Japan was occupied by American troops.
This is a lovely piece for any decor and is great for Occupied Japan collectors. This lovely lady pairs well with the handsome gentleman shown in the background pic which is sold separately from my store. (www.turnitaround.online) Will bundle multiple purchases.
