Sweet nostalgic pair of bookends made in Italy in the 1950's by ANRI. They have ANRI stamped on the bottom in blue. Each bookend measures approximately 4.25x3.5x5.75 inches. One bookend is the engine with the conductor and the other the caboose with a waving man. These bookends are in very good condition for their age and would be wonderful decor for a child's bedroom or playroom.
This pair of bookends was found in a living estate sale of a historic home on Fish River in Fairhope, AL. They were in a child's bedroom along with numerous nostagic toys and decor. They are preloved and need a new home to decorate!
