Details: This quilt is a collection of beautiful fall fabrics. The quilt top and bottom are premium cotton coordinating fabrics. It is lightweight, yet warm. The back is dark gray with dark and light gray foilage sporting a beautiful sewn in design. The sides and front pieces are bordered with the same dark gray fabric from the back. Unlike most quilts on Turn It Around, this quilt is hand pieced and long arm quilted.
History: This quilt was found in the home of a deceased friend. Although the quilt is machine stitched and quilted, I know the time period of the quilter's life, and therefore know that it is at least 20 years old. I own other quilted treasures from this quilter and l have always been very pleased with her work. When I was given the opportunity to get this special autumn piece, I knew I could not pass it up. It will be such a lovely addition to someone's Fall holiday decor!
